Downtown Scottsdale is a destination for Arizona wine tasting! Five Arizona wineries with tasting rooms within walking distance in downtown have joined forces to launch the first ever “Scottsdale Wine Trail.” This cooperative of wineries united to advance education and exposure for Arizona produced wines and the growing wine industry statewide.

The Scottsdale Wine Trail is comprised of: Aridus Wine Company, Carlson Creek, LDV Winery, Merkin Vineyards, and Salvatore Vineyards. All of the wineries produce award-winning wines that are available for tasting and purchase at unique tasting rooms/retail shops in the heart of Scottsdale's entertainment district. Spend the day or the weekend and experience downtown Scottsdale – great wine tasting, culinary delights, first class lodging, diverse entertainment, art galleries, theaters, shopping, baseball, and museums. There is something for everyone.

Where: All along the Scottsdale Wine Trail, at Participating Wineries What: As part of the City of Scottsdale's Scottsdazzle celebration all month, the wineries in Old Town are hosting a Santa Wine Around. Don your Santa or Mrs. Claus outfit (or Santa hat) to receive a special Scottsdazzle complimentary wine glass & join the fun on the Santa Wine Around. The five Arizona wineries will have wine specials & activities to celebrate the holiday season. The tasting rooms are within walking distance or hop on the free shuttle, grab a golf cart, or use shared car services.

Where: All 5 wineries along the Scottsdale Wine Trail What: Jump on the Scottsdale Wine Trail for “Shamrocks & Shenanigans Wine Scavenger Hunt.” Work individually or as a team to solve riddles & collect shamrocks. Visit all 5 wineries to receive & solve clues. Your time is logged when you start and finish. Registration includes a 3-wine taste at each winery & a Scottsdale Wine Trail wine glass. Fastest and most accurate teams are entered to win prizes once the Scavenger Hunt ends. Plan a day to enjoy great Arizona wine, solve wine clues, and have fun.
